Hi Looking for advice. Having received standard PIP for next 3 years in June of this year, I requested a review as been diagnosed with ADHD in interrim period, I set out an excellent case (as I Thought), went through all advice on this marvallous site, to then find out my PIP has been denied and was now given ZERO points for everything! How can the telephone assessor complete disregard my indepth application and the 12 points I received only weeks earlier? Please help, I have asked for a mandatory reconsideration, but what else can I contribute bar what I had already stated on application.

Hi paulaabdullah

I would not get too stressed about this as you are not the first person this has happened to. You may well need to go to Appeal as the MR is looked at by another DWP official who is likely to support his colleagues. The majority of PIP appeals are won by the claimant but let us know beforehand so we can give you advice.
