The DWP district manager for Sussex is Tilini Sharland and her email address for your complaint is This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
You can go into detail in your complaint remembering to highlight DWP staff errors and omissions and all the stress and inconvenience the issues have caused you personally.
