Trying to confirm proof of ID. Have selected passport and driving licence , but had a message saying' try a different way' Checked list do to and it shows identity confirmed. Not sure what to do next.
You will probably get a request to participate in a telephone interview with a Work Coach. You can always send the Work Coach a UC Journal message and try and preempt the situation.
