Change of circumstaces

Hi
I am in receipt of UC and HB and PIP my husband receives his government pension and PIP he has no private pensions. My query is we have just moved home to a ground floor flat the house had stairs and was becoming a problem, my husband now sleeps in our spare room he struggles to sleep with the constant pain has and so as not to disturb me he sleeps there. Ihave been told that I can claim for the other bedroom when I fist claim Ed we shared a bedroom. Is this corrected if so how to I word it to UC ? Thank you anything help is much appreciated.
