Hello dear forum members !
I got message in my UC journal (2 times)-"Hello claimant N. We are team N+N+N+N.
How can we help you with yours health conditions? It is voluntary ,supports participants to increase their independence, confidence and
motivation.
It do not affect your payments and do not trigger review
I am confused what I need to do? How can I answer
I am receiving PIP (both Care and Mobility Highest )
Was on LCWRA

We have not come across that message before on the forum, other members may have come across it.

The message does not ask you to do anything so you should not be sanctioned for ignoring it.
