I have been in receipt of DLA for my 10 year old child who is AuDHD and the award was given until April 2026 - this is now looming and I was wondering if I wait for them to get in touch or is it something I should do automatically...?
If they are our rights, why do we have to fight for them?
You should automatically receive a renewal form. If you haven't heard by the end of February, I would ring the DWP. You don't suddenly want the money stopped (which probably won't happen), but it's better to check.
