Universal credit stopped

Trying to help a friend, she is dyslexic and has a recent professional diagnosis on this.

Basically universal credit asked her for bank statements and a photo id of her self back late September.

She took the photo and they were not happy with it and she missed copy and paste 2 weeks of the bank statements in the middle, nothing bad, she downloaded them from bank but missed them on drag and drop . They said they were missing and not happy with photo in her journal…. 3 days later they closed her claim !!! She does not get email or txt to update journal.. checked junk everything.. called and they just said they will send to a decision maker ? No letter have come in the post, she cannot write in the journal as it’s locked, called up 4 times no this ?

Should they have sent a letter in post?

There is no paper trail it’s just sitting there

We don’t know who to write to, as they have not sent anything saying payment stopped ( it’s stopped 2 months now) we don’t know who to contact and what to do ??

Ok looking at the locked journal it says sent to mandatory decision… so I take it this can be months ??
