Please help! My sister has traveled 150 miles to help me fill in my pip2 form AR1 and we can't find the correct guide for the form in front of us. I'm now completely panicking because she's only here for one night. I'm so scared. Can anyone guide me to the location of the correct guide? Please.

It is the Guide to PIP claims and reviews (which is the first one on the page) benefitsandwork.co.uk/guides-for-claimants/pip. If you go to page 130 you will see how to complete this form.
