As you are now state pension age, if your condition has deteriorated you can apply for a change of circumstances in regards to your daily living component of PIP but unfortunately you will not be able to apply for a change of circumstances in regards to your mobility as you cannot claim the enhanced component once you are over state pension age, if you are not already in receipt of the enhanced mobility before you reach state pension age.
