Hi All,

I've recieved my award letter at last and it states they have given me an ongoing award with no end date. I don't understand what this means

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Bek_A

An ongoing award is ten years. As there is no end date on your letter, you should receive a light-touch review (AR2) when you are sent a review form in the future. Thankfully, you won't have to think about it for a very long time.
