Just reading through PIP bundle of papers prior hearing this week and found this comment from a face to face assessment in 2018 "Considering the nature of Mr ******* Aspergers Syndrome significant change is unlikely and therefore no review is recommended". Is this worth mentioning at the hearing?

Hi rjp550381_11
The Tribunal panel will have the same set of papers. You must point out anything you want to highlight.
The assessor made a 'recommendation' - i.e., gave their opinion, but at the end of the day, the DWP don't have to follow what an assessor says, and in your case, they didn't.
The aim of the Appeal this week is for you to overturn whatever points you were awarded for a better score, and so make sure that is your focus. You can always add at the end, when they ask you if there's anything else you want to say about the review, but even if the panel agrees with you, the DWP maintains the right to review anyone at any time.
I hope the hearing goes well for you.
