Housing costs

I applied for housing costs of ground rent and service charges to be included in my pension credit claim last August, my claim was decided and I was awarded guaranteed pension credit but without any assessment of housing costs, I chased this up in January this year and was advised that a task message would be sent to the relevant department.

To date I have still not heard anything.

I know you don’t deal with pension credit but I am asking if David has a contact name for me to complain to about the housing costs not being assessed, I live in Worcestershire.

Thank you for the email address but unfortunately I have still not had any success despite sending letters to Kuldip Singh by special delivery signed for mail, even a complaint letter goes unanswered.

Where do I escalate this problem to next?

Thank you for your advice, I sent an email as you advised and I have had a reply from Kuldip Singh’s Aide who states that they have forwarded my email to the DWP Operations Correspondence Team to investigate?
Do you know what will happen now and do you have an email address for that Team and how long should I leave things before chasing up again and who do I need to contact to chase up but hopefully I should hear something soon.
