I've had the same issue , also 10 year review expected March 27. I just googled it and AI came up with this -
The disappearance of your Personal Independence Payment (PIP) award from your GOV.UK One Login account is likely due to system instability or data synchronization errors following the recent migration to the new login platform. Many users have reported that while the service is labeled as "Beta," it frequently fails to display all benefits correctly, often showing blank pages or omitting PIP entirely while other benefits like ESA remain visible.
Key reasons for this issue include:
Technical Glitches: The DWP has acknowledged that the high volume of users checking for award extensions has caused the system to struggle, leading to intermittent errors where benefits disappear temporarily.
Review Process Timing: If your award is due for review, the system may temporarily hide the award details while the DWP processes the extension or reassessment, though it should reappear once the decision is finalized.
Account Linking Errors: The new One Login system sometimes fails to match user details correctly with existing benefit records, particularly if you recently created your account or if your previous Gateway account was not fully ported.
Recommended Actions:
Wait and Retry: Since this is often a temporary blip, try logging in again after 24–48 hours.
Download Proof: If the benefit is visible, immediately download the proof of entitlement letter, as it may vanish again.
Contact Support: If the issue persists, contact the One Login helpdesk or the PIP enquiry line (0800 121 4433) to verify if your award is still active in the backend system.
Check Post: Remember that official confirmation of award extensions or reviews is still sent via post, so keep an eye out for physical letters from the DWP.

I've just checked proof of benefit again, and it's back on . Still the same and no update. It's still indefinite from March 2017 , so anticipate review/light touch coming up prior to March 2027, although Timms is going to want to put out his review this month to kick off whatever he plans for PIP in the autumn, at a guess?
