I have a response to my complaint from Serco saying "the report met the required quality standards" but the clinical lead was unable to support the advice provided in 2 areas, so they have asked the DWP to consider requesting a reassessment and offered us £100 in compensation. I don't see how a report which merits an offer of compensation and could trigger a reassessment can possibly be said to have 'met quality standards'.
I already raised a Mandatory Reconsideration request after the original flawed report.
Is it likely that DWP will insist on another WCA ? My son had enough trouble coping with the first one.

Hi dancer22

You could make a request for the records HAAS and the DWP hold on the WCA under your SAR rights ( subject access request).
Unfortunately the DWP can order a new WCA following a Mandatory Reconsideration.
