Thank you , I'm still being a bit dumb here but I do understand that you only breach the terms if you go over the 6000 limit so in affect you would report to them if you have gone over that figure and as the amount is now less he should report this in change of circumstances. It seems a shame that you can't report this on the generic form that has been sent (which i understand is now a yearly occurrence). Will they ask for copy of the bank statement? So sorry to keep asking these question .
