I have received my review form for ADP. I was on DLA then moved to ADP highest level for both sections. I’m unsure whether to mark the No Change box as essentially things have worsened but that would be expected from Rheumatoid Arthritis. I have been diagnosed with Osteopoerosis but had told them of the osteopenia previously. I’ve read conflicting information so I’m very unsure as to what step to take. Can you offer any advice please? I do realise you don’t have much information about ADP but I’d appreciate anything you could offer. Thank you.

This is a question that other people have asked, and I can't tell you what to do here any more than I can say for the PIP AR2 review form.
Some people say they have ticked the no change box on the ADP review form and feel that was the right thing to do (even when their condition has worsened) because they don't want to risk the authorities deciding to carry out a more comprehensive review. They hope that their review form will just be rubberstamped and they will continue to receive their benefit at the same levels. I absolutely understand the rationale for this. Now, if their benefit has continued as before, they put it down to the decision to tick no change. However, we have had a couple of examples where people put no change and yet their award was downgraded, and they don't know why. If they have to then submit a mandatory reconsideration, it could be challenging to suddenly say that their condition has deteriorated or they have an additional diagnosis that they forgot to mention on the review form.
So I know, I'm not helping you. You have to decide for yourself what to do, and if you find it impossible to choose, go with your gut instinct. I know generally that the guides say that, whether it be ADP or PIP, if you tick no change, you are better to include a couple of sentences to explain exactly what hasn't changed.
