SAR request was created by Delphine
Made one on 20th June . 40 days takes them to 30th July . Still no response. So how would I chase it, as no automated reply received so therefore no contact information?

Hi Delphine

Do you have access to a Universal Credit Journal?

Hi Delphine

I would send a UC journal message chasing the SAR up to the Case Manager. To do this you need to choose as recipient A Payment. Don't send it to Message for Work Coach as it will go to a chocolate teapot ( not good in this weather !).

Let us know how you get on.

Hi Delphine

Here is a helpful video about the UC Journal from Citizens Advice. You will see at 1 minute 50 seconds the various options for recipients of a Journal message. You need to choose A Payment and then your message will be routed to the UC Case Manager.

Let us know how you get on.
