Making a formal complaint was created by sas401
I have been having multiple issues with the DWP failing to set up the appointee-ship I have for being able to speak on behalf of my husband. I had to contact them about a payment issue as they had been taking deductions off his state pension despite us clearing a debt immediatley. I was refused multiple times to speak to anyone and keep being asked to put my husband on the phone to answer security and then told to visit our local jobcentre twice. I would like to put a complaint as the treatment has been shocking on multiple occasions all down to the failure of the dwp doing their job properly. How do I go about this?

Hi sas401

You can email a complaint to your DWP Area manager. If you tell me your town or county of residence I can find this for you.
