I would expect to have a Benefit review by the DWP. So I would keep your receipts of spending to show that your expenditure profile fits that of a single person.
Also the Council Tax do a lot of investigations around Single Occupier Discount eligibility. But you could use the same receipts to show that you are living as a single person.
