PIP review ADHD was created by PA Power
Dear Colleagues,
I have had my review paperwork sent from DWP for PIP renewal does not seem that long ago been to court to get this award in 1st place. The first time I went through this process it exasibated my emotional ill health?
Any ideas to where to start. Things have got worse since my menopause has started I’m in and out different jobs as I cannot seem to hold 1 down due to excessive fatigue. I want to work.
Any advice please?
Thank you

Hi PA Power
I hope you have all your papers from last time, so you know what you said before. I hope you also have the judgment from the Tribunal. They clearly didn't agree with the DWP last time, so include that judgement in your evidence. You say that your condition has deteriorated and you need to say that, but tell them where it affects you most. It's great that you're hoping to work, but make sure everything you say refers to the criteria for each PIP question. If you have any new evidence from a medical professional that would be helpful, but don't worry if you haven't. You can always refer back to any evidence you had before.
Take it slowly. Do one question at a time. The form may have been upgraded since you last applied, so go through one question at a time. Use the Guide to PIP Claims and Reviews and it will walk you through the process. The Review information starts on page 132. However, do go back and look at page 17 for the 'reliability' section. It's important that you understand that and it will help you write the best information. It's all about whether you can do things safely and repeatedly, which, as you suffer from fatigue, you probably can't, and you should emphasise that in your evidence.
Start the form, and if you have any issues, come back and ask, and we will try to help.
If you need an extension, ring and ask the DWP, but don't leave it until the last moment. They will always give you at least two weeks.
