Ps. I forgot a question iny earlier post. Can you kindly combine them?
Will the DWP have to show in claimants annual P60 the bank searches they've undertaken and received or does this new legal power the DWP has exempt them?
Thank you

Hi Jane
I thought that the P60 was an official notification of tax paid. I cannot understand why it would be related to the provisions in the new PAFER Act. Though I am happy to learn if I am missing something!

Hi David,
I was thinking of my scenario this year with the DWP advising they would send me a P60 now saying I won't get one until next year. HMRC confirmed to me my P60 received from my employer however still o/s one from DWP for my NSESA credits.
I see it as if DWP are sending annual statements , surely there P60 should contain relevant info for the claimant. We get very little letters/statements as it is from DWP. I understand what your saying it's a tax purpose document. I suppose then my question is now just a observational opinion.
Thanks David
