changes to my u/c contract terms

I spoke yesterday to a work coach( they seem to change with every call i receive).This man suddenly decided that (and I am in the work focused interview group) that I now have to have 2 weekly interviews instead of monthly and even pushed for me to now receive video calls and was also hinting about making me attend the jobcentre. He also said I basically now had to upload a cv and be joining some sort of course.

I came from Esa to u/c migration process- which i thought meant my old rulings still applied, now 18 months later they seem to be harassing me, which i said directly to the work coach, He put it down to new guidance legislation that they have to follow and these are the new conditions . I asked him for proof that I could see this fact and he just fobbed me off with looking at the government site but did not provide any specific area to search for this.
I just like to know if I have any sort comeback on what i see as harassment, they also put me through an enhanced review the previous month, which i passed- and it's all stressing me out .
This work coach comes over in a bullying with velvet glove way , so as much as I am trying to prevent any sanctions being imposed , (although I would contest them)- can i raise objections or are there limits to how far they can impose their whims on me.
