I rang DWP to find out how to send in a letter from my GP only to be told that my PIP claim has been disallowed as I scored zero points after the phone assessment. I realised I hadn't done very well as my brain wasn't up to it and I couldn't get anyone to be with me during the assessment. Has anyone got any advice?
I was told I could do a mandatory reconsideration but that I could also start another claim at the same time. Has anyone else done both at the same time? Thanks.
