A useful reminder for those going through the PIP application, reviews, MC and appeals process. Have you detailed enough how your conditions/over lapping conditions affect your daily function?

Upper Tribunal decision 5th November 2026 advised tribunals to consider the cumulative effect of multiple medical conditions including pain arising from different causes when applying the regs and frequency criteria.
