DLA was created by dolphin10
I applied for DLA in early December and found the information in this site very useful. I am delighted to announce that I was awarded LMR and LCR,a few weeks ago for 2 years. It took me weeks to complete the form online but it was worth the effort.
I am also in receipt of IB, however I been asked to attend Pathways for an interview, I was wondering if I can apply to be exempted until such time I am a lot better healthwise. I have had no medicals, just an interview at the local job centre and a referral to Pathwyas thereafter.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

If you refer to the work resources materials and scroll down to the "Knowing your rights at Pathways to Work interviews" guide, this will answer your question.
