Just a quick question

I had my medical assesment on 12th April. I telephoned the DWP on Friday and asked for them to send me a copy of the medical Report. I don't know yet - but it's probably inevitable that I will have failed it of course.

Then after I thought that it may have been better to put my request in writing. My question is can you just call the DWP and ask for the medical report or MUST you send a written request?

I have contacted them twice by phone re the last two, didnt need to put it in writing, they accepted my request over the phone. But wouldnt wait too long if you dont receive it, I would then send RD letter.
