how many of you get hr moblity and are amputees of

Hi we are about to go to a tribunal because my husband had his turred down he has had a below knee amputation for 4 year and all this time had moblity allowance now they say he can walk !!!! help we are desperate please : (

You need to start by taking a look at the two guides to DLA appeals in the members area and then post on here if you have any queries.

I suspect the big issue will be not how far your husband can walk, but about how far he can walk without pain or severe discomfort.
