We will do all that we can to remove any disincentives preventing people from going out to work.
Like, remove those being cared for?

It does appear that there actually is a total lack of understanding of disability and its various manifestations.

And an implicit insult to Carers who don't happen to have other, waged employment ... it's as though what the Government actually thinks (but tries to mask with ritual platitudes) is that such Carers don't do any "work" as it is.
