Is it correct that if a medical report is inaccurate and is clarified as inaccurate via an Independent Tier Feedback Report and an Independent Medical Quality Review, then the inaccurate medical report should be classed as a 'security breach' and therefore should be reported in the end of year results? I have conflicting views on this! Does anyone know?
PS. Good news. My benefits have been reviewed and continued without having a 'medical'. Fantastic help from this site to fill in the forms, as usual. Many thanks for all the hard work by everyone.
