Hello everyone, Can anyone direct me on information on applying for ESA if there are any information on how to claim id be grateful if anyone could put me in the direction its such confusing and im hearing all sorts I just need some guides how to apply its for my son Thankyou also he cannot claim any other benefit other than DLA which he is entitled too thankyou all so very much
To claim ESA you need to get a medical certificate for your son from his G.P. and then call Jobcentreplus on 0800 0556688.
There are guides in the members area of this website which you need to read before filling in the ESA50 medical form, but you can start the claim straight away by ringing the above number.
