Just a quick note to say that we had our tribunal at 10am this morning and I am delighted to say they have reinstated my sons higher mobility and lower care. They told me as soon as I sat down and said it was a unanimous decision. Didn't even have to get my notes out! Awarded for an extra year too.

Thanks ever so much for all of the valuable advice, I couldn't have done it without you!

No doubt I will be needing you again in the future, so until then, best wishes and many heartfelt thanks to you all

  			 				Hi Trina,

Many thanks for sharing this with us all and so soon after the hearing as well - you must have hardly got your coat off.

You obviously prepared a very good case for the tribunal, who will have been delighted to deal with their first case so quickly, as it means they are more likely to get finished with the morning session in time for a lunch break.

And no matter how old and crusty the judge, they do enjoy it when they can give someone good news without having to grill them first.

So, well done again and many thanks for a bit of good cheer in these gloomy days.

  			 				Hi Trina

Congratulations on winning your son's appeal. It must have been a great relief avoiding a drawn-out argument, but as you say, common sense has prevailed.

Best wishes
