Help on ESA appeal

Hi everyone,
I have now got my bundle and tribunal form.
I have read the guide.It says you can decide not to to go to the tribunal at any time.
as i find the thoght of the tribunal daunting.

Can you at anytime before the tribnal date decide not to go?

Yes, you can withdraw at any time before the hearing.

Also if you type ME/CFS in the 'Search Forum' box at the right hand side of the page and press Go, it comes up with 172 hits on ME/CFS posted my moderators and members.

Do try and go. Make it clear in advance it is daunting for you, stressful and tiring but your entitlement is worth pursuing. Your anxiety and apprehension is natural and truly understandable.
