It's best not to tempt fate!

That's tru, but still not had anything, still getting the money and if I did call them they'd only tell me I've been moved on for another month whatever, they cannot just foget me or lose me in their system because of prior calls to them they have to physically move me forward when whatever date for renewal they keep putting in comes and goes. It's still a worry though as i don't suddenly want them to say i'm not entitled to the money as it's their delays etc in their systems which are causing all this worry.

In view of what you have said, I would be inclined to let sleeping dogs lie.

I certainly wouldn't be chasing up information about the transfer to ESA, as the best policy is to cross the bridge when you get to it which is bound to happen sooner or later!

Thank you Crazydiamond. I am inclined to do as you say, it's just niggling me that one day I may get told to repay all this money but I also know it's these changes which have messed everything up, and I just have to wait. Thank you

Well, today 6th September I had the dreaded brown envelope delivered. They say they are going to call me to' talk about how the change in benefits will affect me and to answer questions I may have' - it goes on to say that after the call they will send me a questionnaire to complete with detials of my illness or disability and it's called Limited Capability for Work. This is neither an IB50 or an ESA form, do I need to be worried? I feel absolutely ill this morning over this.
