Personal supporting evidence was created by lochlisa
I have a really good friend who helps me enormously every single day.
They were not asked to supply any report, despite their details being on my DLA claim form.
Are there any templates for a support letter that this friend can complete for me that I can add to my appeal papers?
thank you,
Lisa

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi Lisa,
No, we don't have any such templates. All your friend needs to do is set down on paper when they help you, what with and why they do so.
Good luck,
Steve

thank you.
Personal statement has been done and I got a cracker of a supporting letter from my GP yesterday as well.
Have sent these to the decision maker asking for a revision and have also sent them with my papers to the appeals section.
Still waiting on my new ESA50 form to come so I can fill that in and send it back with my GP letter and supporting letter.
Is there anything else I should be doing or just let things take their course now?
thank you,
Lisa
