"As an expert in the laundering of terrorist finance and funny money who has "handled billions of pounds of terrorist money",

How is he a free man?

Am I being completely dense or is money laundering an offence?

Please can someone enlighten me!

Money laundering an offence mmmm, I think it is in this country and many others, perhaps not all :)

I left a fiver in my trousers my accident and so having out it through a medium cycle in the washine machine it makes me a 'money launderer' :)
