This is a topic I've spoke about before.

We don't have any WRO's in the area. I really cannot stress how bad our local CAB are. They started my case and then decided my evidence was so strong I didn't require there help any more and they left me to get on with it. Even if they were a suitable option, there current waiting list is approx six months.

The CLS said they cannot get involved at this late stage.


My only option is an independent ( ie non legal aid ) law firm.

I'm a walking example of what is going to happen when the legal aid funding it cut back to a non-existent level. It will virtually eliminate anyone appealing to the upper tribunal

whereabouts are you? May be able to pass on a recommendation for a solicitor if in the right area.
