Have they put me in the wrong goup

Hi every body I'm new here and would kike some advise about the disition to put me in the work related group
I have had my medical and received a leter from JCP stating that Ihave been put in the
work related group I suffer from depression and anxiaty,I told the doctor at the medical that I was having feeling of suicide as I have atempted in the passed
also I dont bath myself or clean my teeth an a regular basis and have very rarely been out of the house in 19 years. From what I have read on this site you only have to meet one of the criteria on the medical form to be put into the support group (Maintaining personal hygiene)This deose affect me but they hav't put me in the support group,should I appeal against ththis.

You could appeal, but your whole claim would be reassessed, so you risk losing your ESA altogether. I'm not saying that that would happen - you will know by how big a margin you passed the test for ESA - but however small, the risk is there.

If you do choose to go ahead and appeal, then yes, you only have to meet one of the criteria for the support group to be put in it. Don't forget that any appeal has to be made on form GL24 within one month of the decision.

The JCP havn't told me what my score was at the medical the have only said that I have been put int the work related activity group

I strongly recommend you seek the advice and representation of a local advice agency It could be helpful in deciding whether to appeal and assisting in that event

In the letter from JCP they havn't told me what my score was at the medical, How would I find this
