I am 63 and after many years it is now deemed that I have an exempt condition.That is for IB and I wonder what my position is re ESA.Prior to the election I believe it was said that if you were close to retirement you wouldn't be asked to transfer to ESA , but would remain under IB conditions.Can anyone confirm that is still the situation.
