hi i went round my mums for dinner today they came and pick me up and i asked mum if she would help me with my ESA form if i get one and she and i would fill it in being 100% honest, my only qwestion is do i need to be 100% honest cos i thought to myself if i am there is more grounds for appeal as my mum has kept my disability forms in the past.

Failing to fill the form in honestly would be treated as fraud and could result in the loss of your benefits and even prosecution.

You should not do this.

Maybe there was a misunderstanding. You asked "my only qwestion is do i need to be 100% honest " which I would take as suggesting you were considering an alternative, but I think that you answered your own question by deciding that you would be better off being 100% honest.

My apologies for my earlier post, I misread what you had written.

A Tribunal is like a court of law, so yes. being honest will help your case if you have to appeal the decision, when you are transferred to ESA,
