Hi Kathy
Very pleased to hear your good news. I think any of us who finally wins their appeal has to try & live in the moment & 'enjoy the success' for as long as possible. Such a shame though that 'success' in claiming ESA/DLA means confirmation of poor health for the recipient & his/her family.
Best wishes
maggie

Hi Kathy,
apologies for the late response, just noticed Your posting,BRILLiANT news, certainly gives one encouragement to keep plugging away.
Each successful appeal or reconsideration hopefully placing another nail in the ATOS coffin, the sooner the incompetent fools are buried the better.

Hi,
just a quick update Tribunal appeal rearranged for the 1/4/2011 APRIL FOOLS DAY hopefully
purely coincidental to a previous posting as to My apt description of ATOS Healthcare (Healthcare questionable) or possibly they may wish to provide financial remuneration for the appearance of a Court jester.

Hi All,
received the post this morning notification that the scheduled Tribunal 1/4/2011 (tomorrow), in relation to an ESA appeal , has been postponed at the judges request. The second short notice postponement of an arranged appeal within the space of a month.
Once more travel arrangements , my Wife changing shifts so she could accompany me and other preparations cast to the wind.
I'm peeved off to say the least in the event I am unable to attend an appeal it may be held in my absence however, they can cancel whenever and screw up all arrangements made to ease and assist my attendance.
