Appeal or no appeal that is the question.

possibly coincidental however, Tribunals Service received MRI reports 28/02/2011 ( Royal Mail track and trace registered mail) communication in the post yesterday ESA appeal scheduled for the 7/3/2011 has been postponed . A Tribunal member has withdrawn and no replacement is available.
On the downside I would love to have seen this through to a possible conclusion sooner rather than later on the upside at least I will get to discuss the latest MRI results and implications with My GP prior to any rearranged appeal.

Hi All,
last MRI states multilevel foraminal stenosis, with significant narrowing to left exit foramina at
C3/4 ,C4/C5 C5/C6 and C6/C7, and right exit foramina C5/C6 and C6/C7 early facet joint hypertrophy
between C4/C5 and C6/C7 ,dehydration in the cervical discs with small osteophytic bars C3/C4 and C6/C7. One may deduce Cervical Spinal problems to accompany recent Lumbar difficulties
(as if it was not expected ). MRI reports have been forwarded to the tribunal Service appeal for support group status due to condition prior to last lumbar spinal operation will be going ahead on the 7/3/2011.
Two lumbar operations within two years and now this; I am getting tired of fighting illness and the likes of ATOS however, it seems with each MRI comes another set of spinal problem so it seems I have little choice for I see little chance of gaining employment any time soon.
IMO the word in that report thats important is significant you could get moderate and still run marathons or be a hod carrier ......... many things that show up on an mri are even noticed by the person till they are told
a scan of my pelvic area shows a crubling disc but i have never noticed (yet)

Unfortunately I have not had the luxury of not noticing the problems My limbs, back and neck have encountered due to spinal difficulties over the last few years, two lumbar operations in the last two years to try and alleviate these problems however, problems continue. Informed by Consultants, GP'S surgery the only option thus far, interesting to see GP'S response to latest MRI on the 10/3.
Each MRI another wait, another operation another wait another MRI and so onnnn, try to move forward during brief periods of capability between op's just to return to square one.

My husband just received a letter from DWP advising him that x amount of £ has been paid into his bank account.
No explanation but we expect that this is the difference between what he should have received had the decision maker not found him fit for work (based on the usual inaccurate, inappropriate and ignorant medical).
I expect that he will hear from the tribunal service soon and will probably be told that the DWP have changed the decision.
So Bill, once again continue to fight for your rights.
