Three weeks ago i was sent an ib50 form to renew my benefit. I have not yet fully completed it as i have lots to go on it, and today i got a reminder giving me a return by datew of 17/03/11. Will i be assessed on ib or on the new benefit?
You will be assessed for IB, until you are 'migrated' to Employment Support Allowance (ESA)
Claimants of ESA are sent an ESA50.
