Hi can anyone tell me if my son will still be entitled to dla once the new rules for blind and parcially sighted peple come out in april ....he only has between 10 and 20 degrees of peripheral sight and problems with eye co-ordination.

The RNIB have commented on the changes at the following site, which also has there view of likely entitlements.
