indefinite period was created by dhamrad
i was awarded DLA mobility and care allowance for indefinite period last June. Will I be called to take the tests.

The tests in the latest newsletter refer to ESA and the WCA medical, there are no new tests for DLA.i was awarded DLA mobility and care allowance for indefinite period last June. Will I be called to take the tests.
That said, the government has said that it wants to test all working age adults receiving DLA, but there are no timescales and no details of whether this will anything more than a re-assessment. It could well be that it will, in actual fact, form part of a transfer of DLA recipients to PIP, should PIP actually happen.

The Government have suggested that they will not be transferring anybody who has reached state Retirement Age, beyond that there is no information.i am 59yrs old . would PIP affect me
