Hi all
Does anyone know what criteria the new phrase removed government will be using to contact people on incapacity benefit,....ie:-...who will be called in first, will it be alphabetically, longest on benefit etc etc
I know it will take years, just want to reassure wife who has MS
Cheers all

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

IB claimants will be transferred based on their re-assessment date, unless they PCA exempt, in which case they will probably be transferred in the first year.

The PCA is the medical test for IB claimants, some IB claimants, because of their conditions are not required to attend the PCA.
If you want to know more about ESA and the process IB claimants will go through, have a look at our Understanding ESA guide in the Members area, you want the one at the topo of the page.
