Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Based on other Members experiences, anywhere from 4 to 12 weeks.
The biggest area of delay appears to be the DWP receiving the result from the Tribunal, so it may well be worth you contacting them and offering to send them a copy.

Thanks' Gordon, A DWP representative was there, and I did phone to check it was being processed last Monday, and apparently it was going back to the decision makers, not sure why since DWP had said to me after Tribunal that he would get it sorted out for me, so he must have agreed with the Tribunal since he sat through the whole hearing, any way, I guess it's a waiting game!

Hi Lyn
Have you read my sorry state of affairs trying to claim DLA. I first applied in 2007, if you can believe it and it´s still going on now. But I think the end is in site. An article will be published in one of the tabloids soon under my case number, not sure which one yet. It´s all about a new ruleing in March 2011 from the Advocate General, he´s the top guy that advises the Government on the law on which should be followed. Read it if you get time, it 8 pages long now. If you know anyone else in the same/similar situation as me, or who have had hassle with the DWP or Exportability let me know I have left an email address on my posts (page 6 or 7), it´s not my real identity due to legal reasons but it will get to me. Good luck
