can computer be turned off at assessment?

I seem to remember reading somewhere that it may be possible to ask the HCP to turn the computer off at your ESA assessment...

Would I be legally entitled to ask them to turn off the computer and take down my answers in written form instead?

I would take along a degaussing coil battery operated that would do the trick
