Incapacity Benefit Appeal was created by dartsmad
Thought members would like to know that my wife won her appeal yesterday She was awarded nil points by atos but received 10 points on Mental health grounds at appeal. I would like to say to other members never give up. Although the appeal process is stressful and, i think, designed to make you give in please dont. And a last bit of advice please follow what you read on this site. What is said does work and will massively increase your chances of getting what is rightfully yours. Thanks to all at benefits and work
