After reading latest member news about the new pip, i am wondering if you use a mobility scooter you will then be assessed as being able able to walk?
Taking the current tests for ESA as an example, the test is how far you can walk using an aid if necessary, I afraid I don't think a motability scooter is classed as an aid in the same way the an electric wheelchair would.
That doesn't mean you would be automatically be found able to walk, just that wou will need to provide different evidence that you are not.
