Hi my wife who gets dla both parts at high rate will get the state pension in nov 2012 when she will be 61 &1/3 will she be assesed for pip or will she be classed not of working age ?
Hi my wife who gets dla both parts at high rate will get the state pension in nov 2012 when she will be 61 &1/3 will she be assesed for pip or will she be classed not of working age ?
Our current understanding is that children and those over State Retirement Age will not be re-asessed for PIP during the initial transfer, however, it is not clear whether there will be a subsequent transfer of the remaining DLA claimants at a latter date.
